Meals

Each meal provides one third of the Recommended Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and adheres to federal meal pattern requirements.

The meals are then packed into insulated bags and coolers to insure that they are kept at the proper temperature during delivery. Meals include a meat entrée, vegetables, fruit, potato or pasta, and 2% milk.

Every meal is only $5 and can save a senior's life. Meals are provided to our clients free of charge. Some seniors wish to give a donation to help pay for their service, but is completely voluntary and not required. Meals on Wheels Spokane is a donation only service and is paid for by donors like you. To donate and pay for a meal is as easy as clicking the donate button.
