Because every family member deserves to be fed, loved,
and cared for—from nose to toes.

At Meals on Wheels Spokane, we know the power of the human-animal bond. For many of the seniors we serve,
their pets are not just companions, they're family, lifelines, and constant sources of comfort and connection.
But the love our clients have for their pets often comes with sacrifice. Too often, seniors share their own limited meals to ensure their furry friends are fed. That’s why we launched two critical pet programs designed to protect the health and well-being of both seniors and their pets.

  • For Paws Sake provides supplemental pet food and basic supplies, so no senior has to choose between feeding themselves or feeding their best friend.

  • Nose to Toes, in partnership with SpokAnimal C.A.R.E.S., delivers basic veterinary services such as nail trims, vaccinations, and wellness exams, often right in the client’s home. For pets requiring additional care, we arrange transportation to and from the SpokAnimal clinic. This helps reduce stress for both pets and their people.

To help sustain and grow these invaluable programs, we’re introducing a new way to give back: Shop With Purpose. Our line of mission-driven merchandise - featuring t-shirts, mugs, and more, is now available, and 100% of profits go directly to supporting these pet programs. Every purchase helps us continue Feeding Bodies, Nurturing Souls, and Saving Lives, including the four-legged ones.

Together, we can ensure no senior, and no pet, is left behind.
